Who we are

The Advantage Group is a large, independently Canadian owned employment and staffing firm. The company was started in 1986, and over the past 3 decades, through acquisition and growth, expanded to 13 offices and 3 major companies within the group, Advantage Personnel, CS Personnel, and Alternative Human Resources (AHR). Our offices are located in major city center’s from Newfoundland to Ontario.

The company started with a core focus on the transportation industry, but has evolved into a full service operation offering employment services for temporary, contract, contingent, and direct hire placements, outsourced payroll and benefits, human resource services, and health and safety. We have continually evolved to offer our clients a full menu of options to assist with their business needs. We operate in a legal and ethical capacity in all our business operations. We value the relationships with our clients, our employees and our communities and view these relationships as a key differentiator for our company in the marketplace.
